Background:
I signed up with JustHost because i needed a cheap, temporary place to run a few sites while i was between servers (dedicated servers). The cheapest prices required a two-year signup, but at 3 bucks a month, that still came out to only $72 bucks for a full TWO YEARS of hosting. So I went ahead and signed on for two years.
I've been with them now for over a year, and haven't had any negative issues to report.
Pros:
- Cheap
- "Unlimited" Bandwidth
- Reasonably fast, even in Drupal admin screens
- 1-800 phone support, unusual in this price category
Cons:
- Cheapest prices require two-year agreement
- They *really* try to upsell you with a bunch of extra stuff through some custom cPanel modules
- Their "Unlimited" bandwidth isn't really unlimited (read their terms for full details... ie: you can't use them for remote backup, etc)

Bottom Line:
If you're looking for a decent, really cheap host for a low traffic Drupal site, these guys are definitely worth a shot. I run two medium traffic sites with them and haven't had any problems yet. I obviously wouldn't trust them for anything enterprise-level or mission critical, but they seem at least as solid as any other shared host I've tried.
